One port elements, passivity, accumulation of energy. Independent sources. Two port elements. Dependent sources, operational amplifier. Inductive transformer.
Time domain circuit analysis
Solving by reduction to one differential equation. Zero-input response in first, second and higher order circuits. Zero-state response (heaviside, ramp, exponential or inpulse input), regular commutation. Total response. Solving circuit with arbitrary input: superposition integral.

II Section
Frequency domain (s-domain) circuit analysis
Sinusoidal steady-state. Network functions in s-domain: input impedance and admittance, transfer function. Inductively coupled circuits. Pseudo-periodic steady-state. Resonance. Periodic steady-state. Circuit analysis via Laplace transform.

III Section
Network analysis
Complex network analysis. Two-port networks, primary and secondary parameters. Connecting networks. Equivalent networks. Passive networks.
Transmission lines
General propagation equations, primary and secondary parameters. Unlimited line, propagation velocity. Limited line closed with impedance. Reflection, standing wave.
